What services do you offer in your virtual nutrition and fitness programs?

We cover 1:1 sessions for fitness and nutrition.

For fitness, we go over your goals, available equipment, your fitness level, and your limitations to build plans week-by-week. These plans are exclusive to you.

For nutrition, the focus is on education and goal setting. By the end of the 12 week program, we want you to have the knowledge to be able to be self-sufficient on the basics of nutrition. We envision you being able to make improved, quick and effortless choices wherever you are.

3) Schedule a free 15 minute consultation to ensure we provide what you are looking for.

4) Pay for the plan that fits your needs.

5) Schedule an initial meeting and fill our the respective google form.

Both of us have a masters degree in Sports Nutrition and are Registered Dietitians. In addition, we both have reached a high level in our respective physical activities. Not only are we providing credible scientific information backed by the highest credentialing in nutrition, but we have the experience to back it up. Our passion is to pass on that knowledge and experience to you.

Virtual check-ins will be weekly. This is the time where a majority of the learning takes place. However, you will have direct access to text us questions and we will answer those questions.

We do provide in person sessions, but there will be an additional cost per in-person session in addition to the costs that are found in the services section. Contact us directly to see if this option is a good fit.

Cancellation must be done 24 hours before each week’s virtual meeting start time. 

You are in luck. Cole was raised in a location where there was no nearby gym. Through proper overload training using bodyweight exercises, that did not stop his progress. While your options are limited, through use of different angles, you can see significant progress in size, strength, and power. The hardest part is being consistent and training hard enough in a non-gym environment. Are you up to the challenge?
