What makes your approach different from other dietitians or trainers?
Both of us have a masters degree in Sports Nutrition and are Registered Dietitians. In addition, we both have reached a high level in our respective physical activities. Not only are we providing credible scientific information backed by the highest credentialing in nutrition, but we have the experience to back it up. Our passion is to pass on that knowledge and experience to you.
How often will we communicate during the program?
Virtual check-ins will be weekly. This is the time where a majority of the learning takes place. However, you will have direct access to text us questions and we will answer those questions.
I'm in your area. Can you work with me in person?
We do provide in person sessions, but there will be an additional cost per in-person session in addition to the costs that are found in the services section. Contact us directly to see if this option is a good fit.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellation must be done 24 hours before each week’s virtual meeting start time.
I don't have access to a gym. What are my workout options?
You are in luck. Cole was raised in a location where there was no nearby gym. Through proper overload training using bodyweight exercises, that did not stop his progress. While your options are limited, through use of different angles, you can see significant progress in size, strength, and power. The hardest part is being consistent and training hard enough in a non-gym environment. Are you up to the challenge?
